Shipping Policy

Orders placed on www.cleerskin.com are shipped from the United States.  We currently only accept orders placed from and shipping to US & Canadian addresses.  We will update our site as we continue to expand our product offerings to more locations and regions.

CLEER SKIN is committed to delivering your skincare products to you in a timely and efficient manner. We understand that getting your products quickly is important to you, and we will do everything we can to make sure your order is delivered to you as soon as possible.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. The shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout, and we aim to process and ship all orders within 2-3 business days (excluding federal holidays) .

Delivery Time

 We ship orders Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery times will vary based on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Due to continues logistics delays we can not guarantee any specific shipping timeframes or estimates nor can we promise that an order will be received by a specific date.  Once your order has shipped and is in transit, please contact the specified carrier for any detailed shipping information or concerns.

Shipping to US Addresses

 We offer shipping to all US addresses, including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses .

Shipping to Canadian Addresses

We also offer shipping to Canadian addresses, however, please be aware that customers are responsible for any brokerage or customs fees that may be incurred. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Addres

If a customer enters an incorrect address, CLEER SKIN is not responsible for any additional shipping costs that may be incurred to correct the issue. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is undeliverable and returned to us, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. If you choose to cancel your order, we will issue a refund, minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping costs incurred.
